La Revista Lea formó parte del montaje conocido como Operación Colombo, que con la colaboración de los servicios de inteligencia del Cono Sur, se propuso desacreditar las denuncias de la detención de 119 hombres y mujeres, entre 1974 y 1975, las que eran sistemáticamente negadas por la dictadura.
