La instancia contó con la presencia de testigos y sobrevivientes del excentro de detención y tortura, como Erika Hennings, León Gómez, Osvaldo Zamorano, Miguel Ángel Rebolledo, Claudio Herrera, Blanca Troncoso, Mariela Albrecht, Roberto Merino y Luz Arce.
